Handmade products

Every piece is made by hand, so small variations in size, shape, color, and glaze are normal and part of what makes each one unique. Photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colors may look slightly different on your screen. These natural variations are not defects.

Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may cancel an order if an item is no longer available or a pricing error occurs; if so, we will refund you in full. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.

Custom orders

Custom pieces are made to your request and may require a deposit before work begins. Because they are made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged. Timelines for custom work are estimates.

Shipping

We ship within [the United States]. Processing times are listed on each product or at checkout. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are up to them. We pack every piece carefully to protect it in transit.

Damaged items, returns, and refunds

If your item arrives broken or damaged, submit a message through our Contact page within [7] days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will replace it or refund you. Unused, undamaged items may be returned within [14] days of delivery; the buyer pays return shipping unless the item was damaged. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the return.

Care and use

We'll note whether each piece is food safe, dishwasher safe, or microwave safe. Handmade ceramics can break if dropped or exposed to sudden temperature changes, so please follow the care notes for your piece.
